Several years ago we began an internal process designed to reinvigorate our brand. After some preliminary work, we decided it would be more effective to outsource to a firm experienced in providing this service as their primary offering. We were searching not only for brand development expertise but a partner organization capable of giving us a “third party” perspective of who we really were versus who we may have thought we were. To that end, we retained David Day Associates as a partner.
Leveraging the expertise of dda, following their process and using their tools we developed a brand strategy and contemporary logo that we believe accurately embodies the Hansen-Mueller spirit and values. With dda’s help we believe we were successful on both counts. One indication of that success is that employees of Hansen-Mueller are very proud of both the strategy and the logo.
We find working with dda delightful. They worked seamlessly with our marketing, technical and operations staff. They don’t believe in art simply for art’s sake but possess a rare balance of artistic creativity coupled with a technical acumen effective in helping us meet our business objectives.
