PUTTING WORDPRESS TO [WISDOM AT] WORK
SilverStone Group and dda worked together to refresh the well-established brand in 2011, which meant that it was also time to bring its trust, integrity and innovation to the Internet.
The website required simple, straightforward information architecture to help users navigate deeply comprehensive content, and it also demanded an efficient behind-the-scenes tool to help with the marketing team’s workflow. Developing a user-friendly application for a site that has more than 700 pages was no small feat, but we were able to push the envelope with a smart, dynamic, safe and highly-customized WordPress solution.
The distinctive design and well-configured cross-tabulation of information makes the site a pleasant breeze for visitors, and the back-end is just as organized and intuitive. When it launched in 2011, the sleek site received measurable praise from company leaders and clientele within a month of launch, and drew increased traffic (and longer visits) over the long haul. The marked reduction in time costs associated with inefficient website maintenance and IT support was immediate.
In 2014, we began updates to make the site responsive for the many SilverStone clients and prospects who are on-the-go.
An organization is always faced with what it wants to be and what it has to be. We have created an organization that is forward looking while respecting and building on our past. David Day did an incredible job of capturing our existing look while changing it into what it needed to be.
Our team recognized that we needed to update our brand materials but were concerned about doing it in a way that preserved our presence in the market while addressing an image that had become dated.
